Chloe ready to leave the hospital. She slept the whole way home.

She's home!!! Woohoo! Except for the fact that she is VERY nocturnal. She has her days and nights mixed up. I'm not quite sure if I can fix that yet. Dang it. Oh well, we love love love having Chloe home with us. She is such a sweet baby and I cannot believe how much I've fallen in love with her.
