This was taken last week by Kim Ashton (her blog is abeandkimphotography.com/blog). She took our pictures while we were driving through St. George. Can you believe that is our Chloe-bug? I will post more when I get them. I am so excited to see the rest!
Well...it certainly has been a while, but I promise that I have a good excuse. Actually a few good excuses:
1. Lance graduated from BYU!!! Yay! We celebrated his graduation with lots of family around. It was a wonderful couple days. He has worked hard and deserved every bit of it.
2. Lance blessed Chloe in our ward on April 25th. We had so many family and friends come support us and Chloe. It was a day I have been waiting for for a long time. It was a sign that we are normal and that our baby is ours. It was such a blessed, wonderful day. One I will cherish for a long time.
3. Chloe is no longer on Caffeine for her periodic breathing and as of April 29, she no longer has to wear the heart/respiratory monitor!
4. Chloe is now 3 1/2 months old. Where does the time go?
5. Chloe is smiling and even lets out a little "giggle" when we talk to her. It's a sign that she's listening and paying attention to us. She is having more awake time and is very alert during it. She is such a good baby! I am quite spoiled. She only gets up once during the night and usually if we snuggle with her after the 7-8 am feeding, she'll go back to sleep for another hour or two.
6. Lance got accepted to UNLV graduate school. He will be attending Fall 2010 in the Master of Healthcare Administration Program. He officially accepted his admission last night. Oh happy day!
7. We are moving to Las Vegas sometime this summer! Lance is currently looking for a job (w/ some benefits) and as soon as he gets one, we're out of here. I am so excited I can hardly wait.
8. I'm super busy at work getting ready for summer. I want to make sure that everything is in order before I do leave. I'm going to need some good references so I'm making sure to work my tail off before I go.
9. We went to Las Vegas last week to take care of some school stuff for Lance and for him to begin his job search. He is going down for an interview today.
10. If anyone knows someone who might have an idea for a job for Lance, we would appreciate the tip off.
11. My Grandma Liz is being so kind and wonderful to help us care for Chloe while I return back to work full time. We are so grateful for her and know Chloe is in good hands while we are gone.
12. Lance and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary on May 3. Wow has it been a crazy 2 years. I love you, hun!
Other than all of that...we're doing great. Chloe has been such a joy to take care of and we love every minute we're with her.
