Chloe is 1 month old today!

To celebrate...she is off of her oxygen for the second day in a row and she's holding strong. No more nasal canula!!! Woohoo! She is also doing so well at our 2 per day nursing attempts that we've been bumped to the next step...3 per day. She's been eating about half of her feeding per time that I nurse her, so now we can move to the next step. If only she could take her whole feeding. Oh, well. In time she definitely will. Hopefully she'll do pretty well. We've been told over and over about how amazing she is doing. She is nursing like a 37/38 week baby and she is only 34 weeks. We definitely have a breastfeeding prodigy baby on our hands:) Oh, AND she passed both her hearing and eye tests perfectly. She is growing so much and we can't wait until we can bring her home. She is now about 4 lbs. 12 oz. and 18 inches long. She is in the 25 percentile for her weight and head size, it's ok with us though. We love our little weewot just the same. We're still looking at at least 4-5 more weeks, but it's all good. She's doing much better than we could have possibly dreamed!
