Life as we know it

Finally...a post!

This picture was taken last August on Cedar Mountain...I can't figure out how to get pics from our camera to the computer, but I'm working on it! I'll try to get more current ones up soon!

Wow...it's been forever! I was just sitting at home waiting for my husband to get home from work and thought a little update would be nice.

Not much has changed. But here's an update for those interested.

Lance is beginning his summer term and decided to take one class (give himself a break) before Fall semester begins. He only has 2 more semesters left! Woohoo! Graduation is April 22 and 23, 2010. He's is going to begin applying for grad school this fall, so hopefully we'll know where we'll be heading to in the next few months. He has also been playing on a softball team that the elder's quorum put together.

I am in my 2nd semester as a graduate student and have been loving my classes! I was able to observe counselors at Springville HS and am sure that I have chosen the right career for myself.

Lance and I celebrated our 1st anniversary in Las Vegas at the beginning of May. We stayed at a new resort called The M. Way nice...definitely recommend. The best part was the pool! We just layed out in the sun all day long which was such a nice change to the cold weather we had been having in Utah. I can't believe we've been married for over a year now! Time has flown by! Love that guy!

Taylor (my brother) has moved in with us for the summer to begin school at BYU. For those of you who know him, he received his mission call to Mozambique-that's right-in AFRICA (Portuguese speaking) and will enter the Provo MTC on September 16. He's super excited. It's been a change having an additional person in the house, but fun.

This week we have a lot of family coming into town for Carter Clemons' baby blessings (Kyle-Lance's brother- and Keli's baby). We are excited to get to hang out with the FL and TN family because we only see them a couple times a year.

After all of Lance's family leaves town, we are on our way out of town to vacation! Yay! I am so excited to go to the San Diego beach house again this year! I will definitely post some pics.

Well, sorry that it was kind of boring, but that's what's up! Hope you all are enjoying your summer! I certainly am!

By the way...Saw The Proposal (movie with Sandra Bullock)...totally worth it...definitely recommend. Even Lance liked it!

Oh and one of the girl's I used to run XC with posted some old high school pics on facebook. I loved them and thought I would share a couple with you all. Have a fun day!
